Only The Blind Rewards Terms & Conditions

1.1.         These Terms and Conditions govern the Only The Blind Rewards loyalty programme operated by Only The Blind Can See Limited (Company No. 10097509) (‘Only The Blind’), under which members earn Only The Blind Rewards points on certain Only The Blind purchases and receive other membership benefits in accordance with the terms below (the ‘Programme’).

 

1.2.         Membership

On joining the Programme, each member (‘Member’) will be entitled to participate in the Programme.

Rewards Accounts are limited to one per person and are for personal use by the registered cardholder only. Rewards Accounts cannot be shared, distributed or used for commercial purposes.

Only The Blind reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Rewards Account, any benefits, or membership to the Programme, if Only The Blind believes the Rewards Account is not being used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

 

1.3.         Collecting Only The Blind Rewards Points

Members earn Only The Blind Rewards Points on qualifying purchases at Only The Blind (as defined below in ‘Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions’) according to the Members’ level of spend during each 12 month Membership year. Please see Only The Blind Rewards for further details. Only The Blind reserves the rights to substitute and/or change these spend levels at any time, at its own discretion.

Any increased points per £1 spent will take effect on the day after the purchase. If a purchase takes a Member’s expenditure into a higher threshold, the increased points will not apply retrospectively to any of the previous day’s purchases.

Points may only be earned on purchases made by the Member.

If a Member is given a refund or other financial adjustment on any transaction, the Only The Blind Rewards points awarded on the transaction will be adjusted accordingly.

 

1.4.         Cash Reward & Anytime Redemption Points

Only The Blind Rewards points earned can be converted to a cash equivalent, with a value corresponding to £5 for each 500 Only The Blind Rewards points earned (‘Cash Reward’). Any unconverted Harrods Rewards points will expire after 12 months of being issued.

Any Cash Reward will be issued in the form of a discount code and will be emailed to the customer once redeemed. The Cash Reward is available for redemption for a period of 12 months from the date it is issued. Any remaining Cash Reward after this period will expire. Please note: Members may have multiple expiry dates for their Cash Reward depending on the date of issue.

To redeem the Cash Reward, Members must enter the provided discount code when making a purchase with Only The Blind.

The Cash Reward cannot be used on excluded products or in excluded departments including Gift Cards or exclusive items. 

Any refund of an item purchased with Cash Reward will be refunded/returned subject to the terms of the Harrods Rewards programme.

In line with our Returns Policy, we reserve the right to to delay issuing any part of a Cash Reward at our discretion for up to 14 days after purchase.

Until the account has been settled, Only The Blind reserves the right to suspend a Member’s Rewards Account where there is a negative current Cash Balance.

 

1.5.        Bonus Points

Members may be eligible to receive bonus Only The Blind Rewards Points on certain qualifying purchases from time to time. Bonus points offers are subject to the terms and conditions below as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to the individual offer (please see the individual promotional communication for full details including offer validity dates, how to redeem the offer and any brand or other exclusions).

Bonus points are only available during the validity period stated on the individual promotional communication. Bonus points are not available in conjunction with any other offer.

Bonus points are available for all Membership Tiers (on one transaction only) during the stated offer period (excluding any delivery charges), subject to a maximum of 10,000 additional points.

Happy Birthday bonus points: Members can earn 500 bonus points on their birthday each year. 

Please note that bonus points will be automatically credited to the Member’s account, but may not be redeemable for 14 days.

 

1.6.        Only The Blind Rewards Benefits

Members will receive benefits (‘Benefits’) according to their level of spend over a 12 month period. For details about the spend required for each membership tier (‘Membership Tier’) and Benefits for each Membership Tier, please see below. Benefits are subject to availability and Only The Blind reserves the rights to substitute and/or change the Benefits at any time at its discretion.

The above benefits are subject to change at Only The Blind’s discretion and subject to the following terms and conditions:

Points earned for every £1 spent – Earn points for every £1 you spend at Only The Blind. Every 500 points will be converted into a £5 Discount Code Cash Reward, which will be emailed to you as soon as redeemed for you to spend in-store or online. Further terms and conditions apply to the Cash Reward. See ‘Cash Reward’ above for further details.

Birthday Gift – Enjoy a bonus 500 points credited to your account on your birthday each year. You must register your birthday with the Rewards Programme to be eligible for this. If you register your birthday within 14 days of your birthday, this credit shall only be issued after 14 days. Once registered, you cannot adjust your birthday.

Exclusive Discounts – Receive marketing via email or other of exclusive discount codes. You must have registered your email with us for this and be subscribed to the newsletter to receive these emails.

Early Access – Enjoy early access to sales and new collection launches via an access password to the website which will be emailed to you in advance of the launch of the event. You must have registered your email with us for this and be subscribed to the newsletter to receive these emails.

UK Priority Shipping – Receive complimentary priority shipping on all orders in the UK. This will allow you to select priority shipping at checkout for free based on you being in the correct tier for this. This is only for delivery in the UK.

Worldwide Receive complimentary shipping on all orders worldwide. This will allow you to select normal international shipping at checkout for free based on you being in the correct tier for this. This does not allow free priority shipping worldwide. Some shipping destination exclusions apply.

Exclusive Sales - Enjoy access to exclusive sales not offered to the general public. This will be either via an exclusive discount code or a website access code which will be emailed to you. You must have registered your email with us for this and be subscribed to the newsletter to receive these emails.

VIP Collections Enjoy the opportunity to purchase a piece(s) made exclusively to our top tier customers that are not on sale for the general public. This offer will be emailed to you with access instructions on how you can purchase the piece(s). You must have registered your email with us for this and be subscribed to the newsletter to receive these emails.

Complimentary Pieces – Receive a complimentary piece from the brand every year you are in the relevant tier that allows for this benefit. You may select any item from our collections as shown available and in stock online up to a value of £250. This benefit shall be provided in the form of a discount code. If your purchase is under this amount, you will not be credited back the difference. Exclusions apply in certain cases such as for exclusive pieces. Please contact our customer support for more info on this.

Worldwide priority shipping –  Receive complimentary priority shipping on all orders worldwide. This will allow you to select priority international shipping at checkout for free based on you being in the correct tier for this. Some shipping destination exclusions apply.

VIP Concierge – Personalised shopping experience and previews of new collections and sale pieces before they go on sale. Separate Terms and Conditions apply.

 

 

1.7.         Updates and Changes to the Programme

Only The Blind has the right to terminate the Programme or make changes to the terms of the Programme at anytime. Only The Blind will not be liable for any resulting loss or damage. For up-to-date Terms and Conditions, Members should refer to Only The Blind Rewards Terms & Conditions. A Member will be deemed to have accepted any changes or variations by the continued use of a Rewards Account. Members who are employees of Only The Blind, their affiliates or partners may be subject to additional rules and restrictions from time to time and will be notified separately.

At its discretion, Only The Blind can refuse or revoke any Member’s membership of the Programme, at anytime. In that case, the Member’s Rewards points will be forfeited and any unused current Cash Balance may be cancelled.

 

1.8.         Qualifying Purchases and Exclusions

Certain departments, brands and services are excluded from the benefits and offers of the Harrods Rewards Programme, including, but not limited to, those set out below. Please contact Customer Service for a full list of exclusions.

Cash Reward & Only The Blind Rewards Points: 
Members cannot earn Only The Blind Rewards points for, or spend their Cash Reward on Gift Cards and gift vouchers. 

1.9.         General

Members are personally liable for any and all fees, costs, charges, claims or liabilities (including taxes) of whatever nature arising from their membership of the Programme.

Members shall notify the Only The Blind Customer Service team of any change of address, email address or other contact details.

Only The Blind shall not be liable for any theft, loss or unauthorised use of any Member’s Rewards Account, Cash Reward or Current Cash Balance.

If there is any difference between the terms and conditions as set out on onlytheblind.com and other information provided in relation to the Programme, the terms and conditions on onlytheblind.com will prevail.

These terms and conditions do not affect Members’ statutory rights.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

1.10.         Privacy and Your Data

Only The Blind Can See Limited is the data controller of any personal information it collects about Members in relation to the Programme. Any personal information will be used in accordance with data protection legislation, other applicable laws and these terms and conditions.

By participating in the Programme, Only The Blind will collect and store any information provided by the Member to Only The Blind on enrolment in the Programme and information relating to the Member’s transactions, purchases and participation in the Programme. This will include personal data about the Member including their name, address and purchases from Only The Blind. Only The Blind may also collect any publicly available information about the Member to help Only The Blind to make decisions about the products and services that a Member may be interested in.

Only The Blind will use a Member’s personal information for the following purposes: a) administering the Programme (including the provision of Member Benefits), which may include the sharing of information with carefully selected third party partners to assist with the operation of the Programme; b) where the Member has provided their consent, offering products and services that are likely to be of interest including special events, offers, promotions, publications and catalogues by post, email, phone and/or through any social network and c) market research and statistical analysis.
